How it works:

  • Property Owner must begin building within 90 days from agreement or from the closing date on a new homesite purchase.
  • The Bridges Build Now Program is offered to the first five customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The program runs through December 22, 2010 and you must begin building by December 31, 2010.
  • The Bridges Build Now Program is available only to customers building their personal home in The Bridges community. Builder spec homes are not eligible for the promotion.
  • Program participants will receive a Program Guide after signing the Build Now Agreement. The guide will include certificates redeemable for all program savings and vendor offers.
